Directionality of Growth and Matching

Each person has a job and dream that he or she wants to do. There are also great people who have achieved a virtue, and there are people who spend their daily lives waiting for the end of the day.

You can't judge what's right or wrong. "Run for your dreams! Make a valuable bet that invested all of your own!"You can't even say to chase your dreams. Anyone wants to succeed. But the world, selfishly, does not give everyone a victory. I have some 'retired' sports acquaintances around me.

They are those who invested everything in competitive sports in school and played in professional sports before being pushed back by competition. I don't know if it looks cool, but they've invested everything in sports and nothing in it.

Even if their major is unpopular sports such as shotgun and judo, all they have left to do is the aftereffects and despair left after their injuries. There are even cases of drug use. I didn't go all the way with them, but I joined them in times of victory and frustration as I heard from time to time.

Have you ever thought about this?

What will the players who are left out of the competition do when they retire?

Most of the people I know live on a daily basis without saving their major. How can a young man in his early 20s, who does not study and only works out, get a decent job? There are many cases where even the English alphabet is unknown. For them, books are just like sleep pillows.

If you want to achieve your dream after reading this, you won't stop it. But remember, the moment you're out of the competition, there's nothing left for you.

So what kind of competition should we have? Of course, I don't know the answer.

But there is one thing for sure. It's a fight you can't lose. It is to assume the worst in everything, plan every day, and figure out whether what I do is a place of great luck or a place of great skill, and come up with strategies.

If you are working in a lucky area, you will have to be prepared for it and you will have to keep trying and learning in the field of skills.

A little more specific.

1.Focus where the top is open.

If you work, focus on where your career or ability is recognized.

Even if you work part-time, go where your career is recognized!

There are surprisingly many places where experience is recognized even if you work part-time. Even if you work part-time at a coffee shop, work as if you are learning coffee skills and getting a license.

I'm also being offered a full-time job when my part-time job turns into a contract worker.

I am currently attending university and I am thinking of getting a job and working right away if I graduate.

2. Write a portfolio.

Create your own portfolio. It doesn't matter if you can express yourself. A steady portfolio not only boosts one's own inner motivation but also allows one to see the pace of one's growth with one's own eyes.

In my case, I used books and book reviews. I write a book review after I make a blog and read a book. Of course, there is no noticeable growth, but it is still too early to judge hastily because we have not read more than 100 books. In addition, I am planning to make a portfolio that I want to make separately.

3. Take competition for granted.

Last year, I also thought it was very cruel. But when I left the army and came out to society, the only place where there was no competition was in my room. To survive, competition must be taken for granted. Even when applying for a delivery on and off, you have to compete.(it is my experience. )

P.S. I once applied to volunteer groups that provide English education for retired athletes with the thought of being able to help me get to know them by chance. Of course, I couldn't help them at that time because I wasn't good enough, but now I'm reading books, writing book reviews, and discussing issues, but I don't think I can do that much.
